The contractor is expected to begin paving Franklin, East Chestnut, Summit, South Clark, Oak, Maple, East and West Walnut, South Howard, Monroe and Gramer Road on September 22nd. They are currently preparing these areas with sub grade gravel placement, grading, and structure raising. These areas will be closed to all traffic except for emergency vehicles during paving. Signage and flag persons will advise on alternate routes for vehicles during this time.
