The contractor finished paving the base course Franklin, West Chestnut, Maple, East Walnut, East Oak, South Howard and Monroe Streets on Wednesday August 5th. The top course will be paved in the future. They will continue their drain work at Walnut and Franklin St. Check out the photos below to see their work.
