The contractor is working on Franklin St. and the south end of Jackson St. and Detroit St. They have removed stumps and are excavating for pipe placement. Franklin St. will be closed for pavement removal and excavation. Only emergency vehicles and local traffic will be allowed to pass as needed. See photos below for progress on construction.
