The contractor is finishing pipe work along Howard St. and Chestnut St. On June 11th the contractor will begin pipe work on Franklin St. and the south ends of Detroit St. and Jackson St. This includes pavement removal on Franklin St. Only emergency vehicles and local residents will be allowed to pass through as necessary. The contractor will continue to work on grading along Chestnut St and Howard St. during this time. See pictures below for the contractors progress.
